Stick Empires strategies and tutorials overhaul

Guys, it has come to my attention that we need to organize our game tips page because it looks messy, unorganized, and difficult to understand. Therefore, here's my suggestion: instead of one big jumbled-up page of ideas, we make several, and shift them all to a tutorial category. In it, we include a basic tutorial sub-category describing the individual units of each empire, a sub-category for Order strategies, a sub category for Chaos battle plans, and put those into groups describing whether they are defensive, offensive, or harrasive.
